Peacock renews Bel-Air for season 3

And now, the inventive team can crank out another batch of episodes to flex their creative muscle. February 23 marked the start of Season 2 on Peacock, and they're clearly doing well enough to score that renewal.

“In the second season, the brand will continue to get ways to push the envelope“And to be honest, it feels refreshing and genuine, while still honoring the heart of the legacy series,” showrunner Carla Banks Waddles said last year. Ratings to delve deeper into one of the topics we covered — what actually is a formula for being a family, even when it’s not easy now. How do you rebuild belief within a family? How do you get your personal formula, your individualism within a family?”

What's in store for this season of Bel-Air?

“We’ll also find Will’s personality beyond feeling like a fish out of water. He’s now struggling to find stability to put his independence and West Philly identity ahead of him, while also preparing for new opportunities for himself in Bel-Air,” he added. “Viv and Phil are also trying to find stability while protecting the young people they mediate that they have all the solutions — allowing Will and his children the freedom to make their own choices, while also guiding them with a gentle yet firm hand.”
