I understand your frustration, but in parts I think it's a bit too much.
Other much larger rooms have very similar rules, such as having to deposit before withdrawing.
I don't see much of a problem. I've done it myself. At the time of the old PP, I won change in a freeroll without having deposited (about $200 at the time). To cash out, I had to deposit $20. What did I do? I deposited $20 and withdrew the $220 back. I don't see how difficult it is.
As for the minimum deposit, from what I understand you said it's R$ 50. Nowadays $10 dollars (which is usually the minimum deposit for large rooms) is around R$ 44~45. That's not much above the market average.

We stopped advertising a few weeks ago. They even failed us. That's why we stopped advertising well ahead of schedule.
Let's hope they manage to resolve the looting issue at least!
